Raisa Kadyrova Position: President. Education: Kyrgyz State University, Bishkek 1979 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), BS in Arts and English language. Tasks: Manages activity of the Foundation in accordance with its interests and represents it professionally. Establishes and maintains relations with current and potential donors, state agencies, public foundations and international organizations, whose activity reflect goals and mission of FTI, and familiar organizations in other countries. Anara Eginalieva Position: "Early warning for early reaction" project manager. Education: Kyrgyz State University 1979 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), BS in Russian Philology, specialty: Philology, teacher of Russian language and literature . Tasks: Establishes contacts and cooperation with civil society and state structures on conflict prevention.Creates networks of intervening parties from representatives of civil society and state structures that have potential in conflict prevention. Position: Financial Manager. Education: Kyrgyz State University 1987 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), specialty: Accounting and analysis of economic activity. Tasks: fulfills financial planning activity of the Foundation, control of FTI’s and regional offices’ budget implementation and financial reporting for donors. Moreover, elaborates budget of the Foundation and regional offices.

Samara Papieva Position: Program Director. Education: Osh State University ’05 (Osh, Kyrgyzstan), specialty: Jurisprudence. Tasks: Coordinates and provides elaboration and implementation of projects within framework united program of the Foundation and elaborates strategic plan of FTI with President and Director of office. Provides monitoring and evaluation of the program. Bektur Sakiev
Position: Regional Liaison Officer GPPAC (Global Partnership on Prevention of Armed Conflicts) of Central Asia. Education: American University in Central Asia ’08 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), BA in International and Comparative Politics department. Tasks: Coordinates activity of GPPAC program that is aimed to assist to peacemaking activity of civil society on global level and promote ideas based on fundamental approaches in resolution and prevention of conflicts. Tasks: collects and analyzes information about conflict situations in Kyrgyzstan and prepares analytical notes for conflict situations decision-making entities. Murataliev Manas

Tasks: collects and analyzes information about conflict situations in Kyrgyzstan and prepares analytical notes for conflict situations decision-making entities. 
Ainura Sulaimanova Position: Public Relations Specialist. Education: American University in Central Asia ’08 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), BA International and Comparative Politics department. Tasks: Provides coverage and informational exchange regarding activities of the Foundation and promotes creation and maintenance of positive image of the organization in the eyes of community. 
Clara Barre Position: International Volunteer. Education: MA in International Economy, Paris-Dauphine University, France, Faculty: Diagnostic, conjuncture and prospective studies. Tasks: Updates and improves upon communication materials in English, assists staff with external communications (donors, international partners, potential volunteers) and institutional and organizational development of FTI as a whole. |
