Robert Abazbekov Position: Head Education: Osh State University (Osh city, Kyrgyzstan), Philological faculty. Tasks: Accomplishes general administrative activity of Batken, Leilek and Osh regional offices. Elaborates and coordinates execution of plan of activities of the answerable offices on fulfillment of strategic plan of the Foundation in the given region. Maintains connection and furthers to close cooperation of the Foundation with representatives of local authorities, NGOs and communities. 
Nazgul Aldasheva Position: project manager and program coordinator Education: Osh State University ’99 (Osh city, Kyrgyzstan), BS, Law Department Tasks: Participates in fulfillment and administration of project “Rising of potential among OLSG and Civil Society for social-economical development”. Elaborates new projects proposals, provides connection with other civil society organizations and mass media in Batken oblast for Foundation’s mission fulfillment. 
Gulpariz Kozubaeva Position: Financial manager Education: Jalalabad Commercial Institute (Jalalabad city, Kyrgyzstan), BS, financial accounting faculty, specialty: Accountant Tasks: Provides financial transparency of office by providing reports on execution. Fulfills financial planning of activity of the Foundation, elaborates budget of regional offices. 
Zeinura Isabekova Position: “I choose this party because ….” Project manager Education: Bishkek Humanitarian University (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) ’99, BS, Social work and psychology faculty. Tasks: Plans and administers project activity. Assists in elaboration of project proposals and builds connections with state structures of Batken oblast. 
Gulbarchyn Sattarova Position: “I choose this party because…” Project assistant Education: Kyrgyz State Pedagogical University named after I. Arabaev, ’99 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan). Faculty: Chemical- Biological. Tasks: Assists project manager with work/attraction of young leaders, youth NGOs in accordance with project activity. Provides manager with reports in accordance with elaborated plan of activities of Young politicians club. Provides technical assistance to local representatives of political parties and other visitors of House of parties. Elaborates projects aimed to activate youth in the process of decision-making. 
Bazarbai Maaseitov Position: Project assistant “Rising of potential among OLSG and Civil Society for social-economical development” in Osh oblast of FTI Education: Business management and tourism Institute of Bishkek city (Bishkek city, Kyrgyzstan). Specialty: Hotel tourist business manager. Tasks: Reports to the project manager in accordance with elaborated plan of events and elaborates monthly plans of activities. 
Gulbarchyn Musaeva Position: Office-manager Education: Bishkek State Humanitarian University, ’07 (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), BS, faculty of European Civilizations. Tasks: Contributes to creation of favorable environment for fulfillment of successful activity of the organization through provision of corresponding conditions for functioning of office. |
